Holiday Beauty Tips

It’s finally here, my favorite time of the year: the holiday season. What could be better than an excuse to dress up and look your sharpest? Personally, I would take up any opportunity to be able to add sparkle to my look. Holiday parties can be the best opportunity to experiment with new make-up looks. So before you head out the door in your Holiday Best, check out these top ten beauty products and trends to spice things up this season:

1. Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Eyeshadow

Mentioned in my favorites post, this highly pigmented sparkle shadow may be pricey but it is necessary for the ultimate glamorous look

2.  Oxblood Lips

A favorite lip trend for fall and winter.

3. Tarte Amazonian Clay BB Illuminating Moisturize

Add some glow with this top skin pick

4.  Naked 3 Palette

This rose-hued, highly anticipated third installment surely won’t disappoint this season

5.  Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick

This eyeshadow set will also be your best friend in creating the perfect holiday glitz look

6.  Highlighter

Finish off your flawless face with a highlighted cheek to look radiant

7.  False Lashes

If you normally aren’t a lash person, this is the perfect time to try out this dramatic, stunning look.

8.  Glitter Polish

Whether you paint all nails or just use it to accent one, this can tie your whole outfit together.

9.  Hair Wand

As someone who has always had trouble curling my hair, a wand seems to be the only tool that can really hold a curl in even the straightest of hair. With its versatility it is a must for party looks.

10.  Smokey Eye

Not a fan of the overwhelming sparkle? Go for the classic smokey eye look paired with a red lip. Timeless and classy, you will be sure to turn heads. Look for smokey eye kits at Sephora or even the local Drugstore.

Don’t spend all that time picking out the best outfit and forget all about the make-up!

What are your favorite holiday looks? Have you tried any of these products?

Keep it Snazzy,

Victoria Tripsas
